Elisa Strinna
Fondazione Pastificio Cerere

Elisa Strinna, together with Adelita Husni-Bey, is one of the two winners of the second edition of 6ARTISTA, the prize promoted by the Associazione Civita and the Fondazione Pastificio Cerere.

The catalogue contains some of the artist's recent works, from the Seismic Symphonies, translations in music of the seismograms of the 20 largest earthquakes of the last century in Italy, to the video The Apple Girl, presented at the MACRO, based on the fable of the same title by Italo Calvino, but in this case the fruit is transformed into a symbol of the artwork, a fetish around which the characters gravitate. Besides Vincenzo de Bellis's interview with the artist, the catalogue contains texts by Antonio Maccanico, Marcello Smarrelli, Enrico Tomaso Cucchiani and Bartolomeo Pietromarchi.
